Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory - January 2009

I'm trying to download the CPU Jan 2009 patch # 7486619. I got the patch # from the doc that Oracle provides, but when I try to look for it in "patch & update", it show no result. This is my first time using the support to download patch. What did I do wrong?
