certificatiion with windows terminal server 2003

Hello,
I have to define an architecture to enable students to learn about oracle.

I intend to buid two servers with RDBM on it and a third server  with Windows terminal server to enable the students to access to the oracle clients.

So a student log in its windows XP computer, run its RDP client to connect Windows TSE and then run its oracle application client.

it enable me to not install oracle clients on every PC that are not used only for that teaching.

The clients are:
designer,
sql developer,
oracle client,
datawarehouse client.


I don't know what to look for being sure that the clients running on TSE  are certified in my architecture.
