Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

Patch set 3 10.2.0.4 warning!

 Hi all,
I have a newly build Redhat Linux enterprise 4 update 7.
installed 10.2.0.1
then I applied the patch set 3 10.2.0.4.

Usually when I do a patch it ran smoothly without prompting anything but today I have something like

$ORACLE_HOME/jdk/java
file maybe in use
<PRESSED IGNORE>

and

$ORACLE_HOME/<something java library file>
file maybe in use
<PRESSED IGNORE>

Can someone tell me if I can ignore these warnings
