Bills Receivable Tab Greyed Out

 During the steup of AR in R12,i found that transaction type of Bills Receivable  tab was greyed out,and the the same as of the receipt class(Bills Receivable  tab was greyed out in the creation method),so anyone can help me,thks a lot!
