Preferences on Purchasing Form - Clear after approval

Does anyone know of a way I can clear user preferences (workflow / pl/sql / personalisation / custom library or even less intrusive!!).
I have down some exploration on this and the preferences form does not seem to be accessible for the purchasing form so I cannot update the fields there - but the values that it sets must exist in tables some where that I could update??

Thanks for any pointers however trivial.

We are on Oracle 11.5.9
