PO stuck In Process for terminated Buyer

Hi,

We have an issue with PO stuck 'in process'.  There is a change in the Requisition from which the PO was created.  This change already approved in Requisition, but when the change got transferred to PO it stuck in the workflow with error 'No Performer'.  I guess this is because the buyer of the PO that needs to approve the change is already terminated.  We have tried running Mass Update Buyer Name to change the buyer into an active buyer with no avail.  The concurrent program did not pick it up and only picked up those with status 'Approved'.
