Oracle 10.2.0.4 EM - disconnects after 5 minutes?

I am experiencing a rather strange error on my Oracle 10.2.0.4 Enterprise Manager. The DB is running on RedHat Linux, ES v5.2. I try log into EM - http://server:1158/em/ and 'The page cannot be displayed'. The listener is running fine and so is DBConsole. I run ./emctl stop dbconsole, and it stops the EM. Then I run ./emctl start dbconsole and it starts EM. I then log into EM fine.

Then I leave it open for 5 minutes and suddenly it says the listener is down :-(

The DB is up and running (the database is in open status) but the listeren and agent are both down... I'm not sure why it does this, but the only way to get EM back up and running is to run the dbconsole stop/start commands.
