EMCLi with Grid Control

Has anyone got the EMCLi to work with Grid Control?  I'm using the following to set it up, but I can't get Grid Control to authenicate correctly when using the "Run As" box in preferred credientials.  Anyone have any suggestions?

I just setup emcli wit this:

./emcli create_privilege_delegation_setting -setting_name=sudodv3 -setting_type=SUDO -settings="SETTINGS:/usr/bin/sudo su - %RUNAS% oracle"

./emcli apply_privilege_delegation_setting -setting_name=sudodv3 -target_type=host -target_names="<host>;"

I then logged out of grid control and back in.

When I set all the information for preferred connections I get the following error:
