OTL: What are the standard HR or OTL fields to denote if a person is eligible for overtime?

I'm implemeting OTL without Payroll and full Oracle HR, but with Project Costing. I have to calculate overtime in Oracle Projects according to if the person is eligible or not, where is the best place to capture if they are eligible or not; are there specific fields in either HR or OTL? We are building an interface from their real HR system to Oracle HR, so ideally I am hoping there is a good field we can use in Oracle HR which will not disrupt a future full Oracle HR setup?
