Looking For Oracle's Recommendations

 Hi,
Our current Oracle database is 9.2.0.7 (32-bit). We'd like to convert to 64-bit as well as upgrading from 9.2 to 11.1. We're looking for recommendations for handling it all in one step so we can minimize the down time.
