how to recover system.dbf if it is corrupted

Hai,
How to recover system.dbf if it is corrupted. Is there is any way to take particular user backup using exp, when system.dbf is corrupted.

i.e exp userid="'user1/uesr1pwd'" full=n file=u1.dmp log=u1.log;
