Error: System cannot determine Geographical information for this location and cannot derive Tax Jur

 Hi,

We are implementing EBS Financials R12. Payables is going to use EBTax whereas Receivables is not. Since Payables is using EBTax Tax Validation Flag has been enabled in TCA Tax Validation. This Set up is preventing Receivables from creating any Transactions.

Can someone a give a solution so that Receivables can create Transactions while we flag the Tax Validation in TCA?
