couldn't find the installed CPUJan2009 patch information from sys.registry$history

Hi there,
I have applied the CPUJan2009 patch to our database  ( Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.4.0 on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 x86_64), and the installation seems on peoblem. However when querying sys.registry$history, I couldn't find the installed patch information. Do I missed anything? or OPatch doesn't update this table? Thanks
