Enterprise Manager Settings

 Hi all,
I have :

OS = opensuse 11
oracle version = 10.2.0.1

My listener started nicely, database is already up and running, TNSPING and Login using sqlplus was ok
when I start my EM using "emctl start dbconsole " it was started successfully and I can view it on my browser but all seems to be DOWN. My guess is that it's because of my listener as below

Status        Down
Host        MySuse.SuseNet
Port        1521
Name        LISTENER
Oracle Home        /apps/oracle/10.2.0
Location        /apps/oracle/10.2.0/network/admin
Details        TNS-12541: TNS:no listener


I am wondering does anyone know how to change the settings in RED? because my PORT number of choice is 1529 and my location is /apps/oracle/network/admin not like the above
