Upgrade from 9i 32bits to 10g 64bits with Physical Standby

Hi there,
* What would be the best way to upgrade an 300G 9i database to 10g Enterprise Edition
which uses physical standby database where they are all managed by
another instance OEM repository? Export/import, manual upgrade, upgrade
through DBCA or any other suggestion?
* How could I estimate the downtime to each option above?
* Which would be RAID recommendation to the machines since we will use filesystem instead of Storage Array?
* Any advices using Windows 2003 64 bits to that solution?
The upgrade will take place in brand new machines under Windows 2003 64 bits (current database is in 32 bits mode).
My high level plan is:
