Re; Guranteed Secure Points

 I need urgent help on an issue with Guranteed Secure Point.  I manage Oracle 10g R2 database and it is in a Production Environment on a Windows platform (Win2k3).  Initially I had created a Guranteed Secure Point sometime last year.  Someone has deleted some of the flashback logs and cleared from the recyclebin.  The size of the database is about 30GB but the size of the flashback logs as reported by Oracle is 60GB.  I cannot locate the Sercure Point as it reports an error file not found ORA-38701, ORA-27041- unable to open file, OSD-04002 - unable to open file.  I
