Suppressing change organization screen

Hi,

I am working in Oracle Applications, R12,  and due to certain requirement I need to customize on the item master form with some more new screens and with suppressing the change organization screen that pops up. So can anybody guide me how to suppress the 'Change Organization Screen' in XX Inventory responsibility, when end user will click the fore-mentioned custom form in menu?
