ORA-03113 error message

Hello,
I run  into this error message randomly once in a while when we load our file from Essential Datastage into Oracle database.  I'm running Oracle 10g 10.2.0.1 and I checked the error log I also see a warning with ora-03136 before ora-03113 was thrown.  Have any of you experience this issue?  What should I do before I submit an SR.
