 Hi

We are immplementing Oracle purchasing and inventory.

We set requsition and PO at oligation level and bugetory control enable in GL and all other setup requires done. but system do not create any encumbrance journal at all although it check and reserv the budget and if we make po of increased price from budget it give message of not resering document and set status to pre-approved.
