We lost the OS drive and the registry for Windows 2003 server

Hi,
I have a problem where we have lost our OS drive and all the installed programs including Oracle, the Oracle install was on the E drive so we have all the current files of the database. I need to save this data, what is the best way to recover this data.

We do not have any Dump files or back up data besides what is on the E drive.

Thanks  for any help.
