Script to check minimum password length in 10.2?

Greetings everyone.  I was wondering is someone had a script I could run to check the minimum password length of users in the Oracle DB, we are on Oracle 10.2.

We are a SAP shop and don't really get into much Oracle level scripting but the governance team wants this from us.
