Apply CPUJan2008 for ASM home

 Hi All,

In CPUJan 2009 readme.txt, it mentions  "CPUJan2009 does not need to be installed if CPUJul2008 is already applied" . We didn't applied CPUJul2008, but already applied CPUOtc2008. So if we need apply CPUJan2009 to ASM home or we don't need??
