Create Custom Help Menu Entry based on Static Html pages

 Looking to the experts for some information.

We are looking to deploy a series of static web pages into the Oracle Help Menu. First i would like to know if this is possible and secondly how does on accomplish this, I have looked at

Part No. B13925-06 but it does not appear to have the information that i am looking for. Also i have tried playing around with the HELP BUILDER and HELP UTILITY under SYSTEM ADMINSTRATION but with no great deal of success. If some one has any  notes or links to documents that can help us resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated. Steve
