About one node crs reboot at AIX 5.2-oracle 10.1.0.5-hacmp RAC

We apply the 10.1.0.5 patch based on 10.1.0.3 at one months ago, then one node can not start, but the another is ok.

i found the error at ocss.log,  any suggestion?  Thanks ahead.

i have searched at google and metalink, nothing about it.
