tablespace/datafile usage

Dear all,

I have oracle 10.2.0.1 on redhat enterprise linux 4 update 7. I have a tablespace issue where one of my tablespace has several datafiles which are not filling in with data nicely. The below picture was taken from TOAD for oracle and seems like the datafiles are even having negative values for it's usage.

Can someone explain to me why is could happen and how can I make full use of my datafiles ? do I have to do defragmentation (just like Windows does )
