Open Interface Price Breaks

 Hi

I wish to create a Blanket Purchase Agreement with Lines having Price Breaks through the Open Interface.  Can anyone tell me how to default the Price Break Ship-To Location to NULL (it currently defaults to the PO Header Ship-To). I want to be able to pick up the Price Break for all SHip-To Locatiions so the SHip_to on the Price Break needs to be NULL.
