Create Shipping relationships between 2 customers

Thanks in advance for taking a look at my query and trying to help out. Greatly appreciate your input.

I created a shipping relationship (Customer2 as Shipto of Customer1) between 2 customers.

With this I am expecting to have the Ship-to of Customer2 be available on the sales order form as Ship-To when creating an order for Customer1.

But when I enter an order for Customer1, the ship-to of customer2 is not available as a valid ship-to. I was just wondering if anyone has success in creating this relationship and using it on the sales order form to populate the ship-to? If you do, would greatly appreciate your input.
