Oracle's Enterprise Manager (OEM) - Agent Unreachable

 hi
I am getting a strange error on Oracle's Enterprise Manager (OEM) on an Oracle 10.2.0.4 installation on Linux RHES 5.2. When I click on the 'home' tab in EM, I get an error stating "Agent Unreachable".

I can view a few metrics, but get random connection errors on some of them

Any clues...?
