Incremental Level 1 backup is larger in size than a level 0 incremental backup

Hi,

I am employing a incremental backup strategy that includes a level 0 incremental backup on Sunday followed by a cummulative incremental backup level 1 on M-Sa.

My level 0 backup is roughly 288GB in size and my level 1 backup is 294GB in size. On all other databases in my enterpise the incremental level 1 is always MUCH MUCH smaller than the level 0. This is to be expected as the level 1 should only be backing up the changed blocks. The database I am backing up changes very little from a day-to-day standpoint. However a very large portion (about 90%) of the database is made up of LOB segments.

Howdy, Stranger!
