Customer Hold on Packed Orders
When we migrated from 1103 to 11i10, additional holds were created at the customer level. These holds are now applied when orders are already packed and ready to ship. When the hold is released, Delivery details are gone. This is manually recreated but the consequence is delivery name is now different from the packslip. How can the deletion of delivery details be prevented in such a situation?
