 On HP-UX server, our Oracle data warehouse database Oracle_Home is /u01/app/oracle/product/clr_ora10; I performed rman cold backup of clruat and tried to clone it to clrdba in the same oracle home. The netbackup is installed at: /usr/openv/netbackup. An oracle process is started when the process started. It generated a large cache file and fill up /usr directory and caused the restore to fail before all the database file is restored in the new location. The process also wrote many files on the log directory, named 'process_id'.xxxx:
