Multiple Chart of Accounts structures. How does an FSG component know which one it is associated wit

 e.g two structures, each 6 segments.   R11.5.10

Define Column set from a responsibility assigned to a set of books that uses structure X. 

Then define column assignments to use a specific Segment 3, which applies, obviously, to that set of books structure X.

Why then when I go to a responsibility assigned to a different set of books that uses structure Y can I see this Column set.. and even get into it to edit it... and be presented with segment values from structure X?
