Multiple Balancing Segment Values in single Operating Unit

Client operates in single geographical area with organization hierarchy as Zone, Sub Zone and Industrial parks
Client requirement is to have P&L and Balance sheet at Zone , sub zone and Industrial park level.

Implementation consideration is to have one operating unit with multiple BSVs as there may be regular changes in Zones, Sub zones.

I would like to know the feasibility for such a implementation consideration. I would like to understand performance issues or any other issues to take care in such a implementation.
