Can I globally turn off referential integrity during an import?

I have been supplied with export dump files (not data pump) but produced with the older export utility.  I am trying to do a full import into a newly created 11g database with ASM for its file location.  We are using WIndows Server 2003 R2 Std x64 Edition SP 2.  Prior to the import, I manually created the tablesspaces in EM.  After doing a full import, the import utility terminates successfully with warnings mainly related to constraint violations.
