Import full=y with different datafile directory path.

 I have a full database export of a 9.2.0.8.0 Enterprise Edition database on Windows 2003.  I want to import it into a newly created 9.2.0.8.0 Standard Edition database on Windows 2003.

The database names are different, will this cause an issue?

The directory path to the datafiles needs to be different, will I have to move them after the import?

Would I be able to adjust the paths within the dump files, using find/replace?
