Oracle Secure Backup hangs

 Hi,

I have implemented oracle secure backup on a Windows 2003 Server, and when I schedule a raw filesystem backup, the webtool hangs and I am not able to browse back to the page which displays the jobs (active, scheduled etc.), this has been an issue with many other servers, both UNIX and Windows, on our network. I'd like to know of any performance tuning that needs to be done, so that this issue isn't reflected in a production environment.
