Installing Patch 9.2.7..

Hellow All!

   I am facing this peculiar prob when  invoking the runInstaller of the patch 9.2.7,the error i am getting is as :

Preparing to launch Oracle Universal Installer from /tmp/OraInstall2009-02-14_01-27-01PM. Please wait ...
Error in writing to directory /tmp/OraInstall2009-02-14_01-27-01PM. Please ensure that this directory is writable and has atleast 69 MB of disk space. Installation cannot continue.
: Value too large for defined data type

I download it on Windows  Mach and transfer it in bin mode also checked all the file permissions on /tmp .It has lot of free space. While on the other server with same configuration it upgraded teh
