Code added to GL_WF_CUSTOMIZATION_PKG does not take effect when Jourmal is created without first cre

 We have added custom code to the GL_WF_CUSTOMIZATION_PKG to update a DFF on GL_JE_HEADERS. When we create a Journal Batch first and then a journal within the batch, the DFF gets updated. When a Journal is created outside of a batch-- i.e Journal is created without first creating a batch, the DFF still shows NULL. We've added debug messages and the path followed by both processes is identical (when GLBATCH is viewed from the Status Monitor). Somewhere along the process, the update made is overwritten to NULL.
