Update Application Utilities Lookups

The codes and meanings have been entered incorrectly, I'm trying to update them using Diagnostics > Examine but every time I try and update the row, I get an error: ORA-01403 No Data Found.

I even get this error if I try and delete the row to start again so I can't get the codes correct! This is important to me due to data migration. Does anyone else have any ideas?
