Patch 6756089 fails / all reqs met

Hi all,

I'm facing problems with Patch 6756089 ("USING A DBMS TYPE IN OCI AND FLOATS ARE BEING ROUNDED OFF");

I've done everythin according README.txt and still when applying this patch I do get.

"ApplySession applying interim patch '6756089' to OH '/opt/oracle/product/10R2'
Apply Session failed: ApplySession failed to prepare the system. ApplySession: Required component(s) [ oracle.rdbms.rsf, 10.2.0.3.0 ]  not present in the Oracle Home or a higher version found.
System intact, OPatch will not attempt to restore the system

OPatch failed with error code 73" 

Well, how come this does not aplly with our system; running a 10.2.0.3 on linux ? Is it up to that "required components not present" ? So what is "required component" ??
