Wrong business Group is asigned in Financial Option in Purchasing in Orace Apps 11.5.0.2

Hi,

I have created one BG 'B' and previously BG 'A' was there in this  instance.
In HR: Business group/HR: Security group profile option I have given
'B' at my responsibility level and for MO: operating unit I have given as the OU under this B busibness group.When I am cretaing a new responsibility, in financial options in
Purchasing is coming 'A', which is not editable and which is not correct, it shold be B.

All setup and Profile options are in place.

Please suggest, Its too urgent.
