approvers being able to edit requisitions

 In 11.5.10, in iproc module, our approvers do not seem to have the functionality for editing lines on requisitions sent to them for approval.

When a requisition is sent, they can click onto reqs/approval tab, select the appropriate notification, click into descriptions/detail/show additional information.

Previously the approver then had the "power" to edit the charge account if required.

Is this expected functionality - ie, if the coding is incorrect, reject back to the requisitioner for the changes to be made, or is this a bug?

Any other experience of this anywhere?
