Data Pump Import Error ORA-39083: Object type PROCOBJ failed to create with error

 I am trying to use data pump to import a schema from Production to a test server.  The test server has the same sid/ database name and same dbid.  So it is actually being imported into the same schema.  All table spaces have been precreated. The data pump import exits with the above error.  All the tables are created with no errors and rows counts match with the Production database. 

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this error and if I ignore this error what impact would it have on the functioning of the database.  Could this be a permission issue?  I am posting the error from the import log.
