oracle rac reinstall error

 I  have build oracle rac with two node,but one node operation system fail by disk error,so i delete this node in cluster . but there is errors during delete node,asm and vip resource on bad node can't be deleted.when i reinstall operation system on the bad node and try to add this node to the cluster,cluster software and oracle software are installed by using addnode.bat ,but crssetup.add.bat can't create vip resource due to vip resource have existed,how can i clear vip and asm resource from cluster?operation system:windows2003
