Online Access to Receivables Billing Documents

My company uses Receivables (currently on 11.5.10.2 and upgrading to R12 within 60 days) with third-party apps for CRM and order management.  We have developed a customer service portal for new sales and after-sales issue communication and management.  The portal development team has identified the ability to present billing documents through the portal as a customer service need.  We will be using the Balance Forward Bills in R12 for most customer classes.  What are the options for making the BFB documents available to customers via an external customer portal other than iReceivables?
