init.ora _gby_hash_aggregation_enabled

 metalink doc 345048.1 states _gby_hash_aggregation_enabled  = false is not  100% that the rows will be retrieved in the same order.  Anyone used this parameter in 10.2.0.4 and found where the query w/GROUP by/DISTINCT did not return rows in correct order with this parameter (100% is they need to add ORDER BY but we are trying to get a workaround until code chg).
