Running AWR reports other than sys or System user

Dear All,

We have  a requirement of giving the AWR reports to development team. We can't provide the sys as sysdba user to them .

Is there any method throuh which we can achieve this by means of granting roles,privs. etc.

Morever, how to take a backup a AWR reports before purging happens, without increasing the SYSAUX tables. Means, can export and import in different schema and run AWR from there?
