Printing of Historical Invoices - After enabling EDI

we are trying to enable EDI in our application but we need to be able to re-print historical invoices for the customer. how can we do that after enabling EDI? since after EDI is enabled we can print invoices. New invoices we do not need to print since they will be EDI enabled we can print them from the web.

will appreciate any insight
