process leave at half pay
Our policies are introducing allowing employees to take leave such as annual leave, LSL and paid maternity/paternity leave at half pay.
We therefore want to process leave at half pay, but leaving employee as full time, accrueing leave at half the ratio whilst being paid a half pay.
I would like to contact anyone has or is developing a method to process such leave.
