AR interface tables for batches and receipts

 Are there Oracle interface tables for loading data from an external data source into ar_batches_all, ar_cash_receipts_all, ar_distributions_all? Oracle processes?
Is it still true that there is no API for creating Receipt Batches?

Any help would be appreciated.
